Job Responsibility
• Familiar with MBRS, MyCoid, Ezbiz,SSM4u, Stamping(LHDN) and other work related to Companies Act 2016
• Able to advice client pertaining company incorporation procedure and requirement.
• Preparing resolution, minutes, updating statutory file and record.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and Malay, proficient in other languange is preferred.
• Can assist Secretary in all aspect of Secretarial duties.

Job Requirements
• Atleast 3-5 years working experience in Secretarial field.
• Must have knowledge in secretarial and have working experiences with other Secretary firm before.
• Familiar with SSM system.
• SPM/DIP/Bachelor can apply with working experiences as mention above.
