Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategic plans

for the revenue generation.

2. Responsible for overall administration and financial performance of the Hospitals and

clinics under VNH, VAF and VOS.

3. This include developing clinics and converting them in to Treatment centers considering the

potential and increase revenue.

4. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational

performance.

5. Plan and execute healthcare marketing and promotional works so that better reach is enable

to yield business growth.

6. Devise SOPs to ensure all administrative and operational activities are carried out smoothly.

Approve / Forward purchase orders for spare purchase and other items as per SOP with

optimum cost.

7. Monitor patient relations, front office activities, stores, maintenance and upkeep of facilities
