A leading critical access hospital located in northern Maine is currently searching for an experienced Healthcare Human Resources Manager to join their accredited healthcare team.

This organization provides access to world-class acute care services to a population of roughly 14,000 people. The inpatient services provided include cardiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and wound care. This system also provides various outpatient services including laboratory procedures, physical therapy, occupational therapy, radiology, chemotherapy, same-day surgery, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, nutritional counseling, home health, and respiratory care.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Human Resources Manager will oversee all personnel policies, wage and salary administration, benefit management, recruitment, and employee relations for the critical access network.
