Responsibilities
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Confirms pricing and acknowledges order entry within the receipt of order
• Proactively generate sales and promote Company products thru live selling
• Communicate with other groups in the organization (Inventory Control, Purchasing, Marketing) when it comes to the execution, tracking and processing of said quote/order
• Consulting with customers to make personalized recommendations of products and services
• Provide responsive customer service
• Partner with colleagues to provide support
• Communicates product features

Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 1+ year of live selling is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada and other social media platforms
• Strong communication skills, articulate, and able to explain products clearly
• 1+ year of Customer Service experience is strongly preferred
