General Manager - Leading Gym Operator in South Wales

Salary: £34k - £36k + Bonus

Located: Bridgend - South Wales

We are recruiting for this amazing health and fitness job in Bridgend. We are looking for an outstanding manager to work with a well renowned and rapidly growing independent business within the health and fitness industry.

This is a very hands-on management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas. We are looking of a manager who has a real passion for fitness and a natural leader.

The Role:

This opportunity will see you responsible for the the day to day running of the facilities

Inspiring and managing a the team to drive high performance, provide excellent levels of customer service, and work towards increasing sales and membership numbers in club.
