Locum Sheltered Housing Officer Position Available - Temporary part-time hours

At The Social Care Community Partnership (TSCCP), we pride ourselves on the relationships we have built with our clients, with the aim of supporting them with their needs in a timely and professional manner.

Due to an increase in client demand TSCCP are looking to recruit experienced and dedicated Locum Sheltered Housing Officer - 18 hours per week.

You would be travelling between designated sheltered housing complexes to give advice on all facilities and to help the tenants with a variety of tasks.

Liase with the Tenants & Residents Association within the complex to establish Social Event Calendar for each year and to discuss other issues as they arise.

Build a good working relationship with Social Work Departmen Home Care Team, GPs, Community Nurses and Mental Health Nurses.
