Clinical Lead

£50k per annum + up to 40% bonus

40 hours per week, including some weekends, occasional nights and share of the ‘on-call’ support line.

Introduction

We’re looking for an experienced supernumerary Clinical Lead to lead the clinical management at our Brook View Home located in West Moors, Ferndown in Dorset.

Our residents live with moderate to high frailty needs and a diagnosis of dementia. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the best clinical care for residents while promoting their continued wellbeing and independence through delivery of our dementia strategy.
