Progress Teachers are currently looking to appoint x3 Special Needs Teaching Assistants on behalf of a large Primary School rated "GOOD" by Ofsted in the Tamworth area. The school are looking to appoint successful candidates from September onwards and are looking to interview candidates immediately.

All three positions are full-time with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.

Working hours are 8:30-3:30 Monday-Friday. Applicants from the care sector are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
• Successfully engage pupils in learning and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Provide social, emotional and academic support
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians, keeping them informed about student's progress, achievements, and overall well-being.
• Address and manage pupils behaviour or challenging promoting positive behaviour and encourage development.
• Work with the school SENCO to put support plans in place
