TS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor who are now seeking a permanent Retrofit Coordinator.

You will be qualified and have at least 12 months experience as a Retrofit Coordinator with a background in Construction / Property Services. Working in an established Team.

Having full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation and handover and monitoring, as defined in PAS processes.

Managing the retrofit survey process, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance throughout the process.

Provide accurate and effective energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP, and provide guidance on solutions for meeting specific scheme criteria

Delivery against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.
