As Part Of This Role, You Will
• Manage an active caseload of Family clients, providing family interventions and/or other psychosocial and pharmacotherapy interventions in compliance with With You’s guidelines and the local contract
• Assess parents, carrying out a full family assessment and devise, monitor and review recovery/care plans within and between services to ensure service user’s needs are met using SMART goals
• Make appropriate onward referrals to specialist agencies
• Assess risk to ensure a safe, appropriate environment for all through the prevention and management
• Make autonomous decisions as appropriate, to plan and arrange own work to ensure family focussed interventions and support is provided
• Disseminate substance misuse and parenting information whilst offering interventions relating to health and social wellbeing, in both group and one to one/family settings
