LiverpoolWe are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to work in person with our customers. The role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, upselling products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience and doing face to face sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in person.
• Answer questions and provide information about our products and services.
• Upsell products and services to meet customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
