Abstract Recruitment is looking for a transport coordinator for our client in Corby with immediate start!

Shift pattern: 6AM-2PM and 2PM-10PM or rotational if preffered!

Pay rates:12.31£ AM and 12.69£ PM

This is atemp to perm position!

Duties
• Book transport on a daily basis with tight deadlines.
• Making appointment booking slots
• Provide and update the system for communication for the operation
• Skills would require but not essential, basic knowledge of Excel formatting
• Understanding of commercial invoices for export and import purposes
• To be able to co-ordinate drivers and loaders to complete tasks
• Have an understanding of basic administrative duties including delivery notes, manifests, PODs
• Problem solving would be a great advantage

We need someone who can think on the spot under pressure, be able to think outside the box with a can so attitude. All ideas we are open to but following basic instructions is a must.
