Sales Support, Mine Shaft Systems (Job Requisition R7580)

Qualifications
• Mechanical equipment background (experience in underground mining preferred)
• Ability to read / interpret engineering drawings and bills of material
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer relationship skills
• Margin analysis and quote preparation experience
• Work within Microsoft Office 365 environment (word, excel, outlook, teams)
• Experience in Oracle is also an asset

Key Accountabilities
• Prepare proposals and maintain proposal files
• Support Capital Sales (Product Line Managers)
• Maintain customer and equipment install lists
• Assist with sales analysis and reporting
• Order entry and file preparation
• Interact with Engineering, Product and Field Services in support of responding to customer enquiries
• Support Aftermarket Sales
• Foster customer relationships as part of the overall Mine Shaft Systems sales team
