In this role, you will :
• Assisting Coordinators with scheduling of client assessments for seniors seeking assistance from the Seniors’ Transportation program.
• Gaining experience and knowledge in completing over the phone client assessments and eligibility criteria evaluations to assess clients’ situation and to determine the types of services required/needed.
