Responsibilities & Context

Plan production schedules according to customer demand to ensure timely delivery of products.

Supervise production line activities, including overseeing employees, monitoring finish goods and by-product production.

Calculate production output for each line, maintain records, and update ERP systems with inventory data.

Coordinate the production, packing, freezing, and loading of intermediate and main products onto vehicles.

Prepare reports, update delivery challans, and maintain documentation in a timely manner.

Monitor workers and supervisors on the production floor, providing guidance and optimize resource utilization to ensure smooth operation of the slaughtering plant production.

Ensure compliance with ISO production requirements and maintain proper hygiene standards on the production floor.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize production volume, cost, and quality standards of raw materials and finished goods.
