**Responsibilities**:

- Fully in charge of the company accounting day to day, tax, statutory and various
administrative related dutie & transactions.
- Generating timely monthly reports.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow report and other related reports as and when required.
- Supervision and close monitoring of credit control and collections.
- Handling HR function such as payroll, EPF, Socso, PCB, etc.
- Able to work independently, positive attitude and with minimum supervision.
- Update timely the complete accounting functions of the company including AP, AR, Journal, GL, etc..
- Due to the nature of this job function, it is expected that the employed candditate
- Will spend about half of her time on Accounts and Admin respectively.
- Any other reasonable duties per company requirements.
• *Job Requirements**:

- Abilities to read and write in Mandarin would be desirable as the Company will need to liaise with suppliers in China frequently.
