Production Supervisor

Job Scope
Lead a team to ensure that bulk manufacturing and packaging of finished goods follow company-approved procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Create weekly schedules, arrange manpower, and update progress.
- Report deviations and work with direct manager for smooth production.
- Supervise raw material dispensing, request components, and return unused
materials per BMR guidelines.
- Manufacture bulk products, record details, and report deviations to management.
- Reconcile batch output promptly and complete BMR records.
- Ensure production area housekeeping, hygiene, and sanitization of tanks and utensils.
- Clean and dispose of waste timely and maintain the RO Water System.
- Verify worker attendance, overtime, and summarize monthly output and efficiency.
- Report production issues and provide necessary data.
- Lead teams to meet production goals, minimize waste, and optimize energy use.
