Job description

Account Assistant Responsibilities:

- Able to do full set of account & closing reporting.
- To key-in all creditors invoices for payment processing.
- To prepare debtor invoices for approval by the Head of Finance
- To ensure that the Account Payable and Account Receivables records are updated by monthly basis.
- Reconciles all bank transactions and accounting activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform other ad hoc assignment as and when required

Account Assistant Requirements:

- Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3 months of working experience in the related field industry is required for this position.
- Ability to work independently and flexible with good attitude.

Willing to base at Bukit Changgang, Banting

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
