Key Accountabilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient plan and setup IT Systems

Operational Excellence:

Implement and optimize IT service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).

Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Incident, Change and Problem Management:

Oversee the resolution of IT incidents and problems in a timely manner.

Collaborate with technical teams to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.

Manage changes to the IT environment, ensuring proper planning, communication, and execution.

SAP Application Process & Support:
