The Majestic Line (Scotland) Ltd pioneered small ship cruising on the west coast of Scotland. The position is office based in Sandbank, nr Dunoon.

With 5 small ships our cruises sail from April to October and depart from Holy Loch, Oban, Inverness and Kirkwall.

The Sales Administrator will provide a friendly and professional customer experience to all clients regarding any aspect of a Majestic Line cruise and provide continual support to all crew and office-based colleagues.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer phone in a professional but friendly manner
• Advise 'guests' on products that best suit their needs
• Learn about new products/services and company policies regularly
• Liaise with and provide support to other departments including Operations, when necessary
• Provide support Cruise Co-Ordinators
