Job Description: Support Worker

Pay: £18.00 per hour / £27.00 per hour Bank Holidays

We currently have a great opportunity for dedicated Support Workers to work with an individual who has a learning Disability and autism and mental health support needs within the Porthleven area.

Role Description

The individual will be living on their own so we are looking for Autism Support Workers who can provide 360 wrap around support that covers all aspects of their life throughout the day and night.
