The employee of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (ePMO) is a key figure in translating, planning, and monitoring strategic changes within our organization. The ePMO employee facilitates the translation of strategic changes into executable programs or projects and ensures that these are carried out according to the operating model.

As an ePMO employee, you will be responsible for building and monitoring a balanced strategic roadmap. You will track developments within the portfolios of various domains, identify potential issues or dependencies, and facilitate the necessary consultations to align the different parties. Monthly, you will publish the strategic roadmap and communicate the progress of the strategic programs and projects. Additionally, together with your ePMO colleagues, you will be responsible for the operating model. You will define and refine the methodology and organize our portfolio community, in which you play a facilitating role.
