Role Summary
Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to join their rapidly growing team. The Operations Manager is responsible for fulfillment operations including mentorship of a team and the lifecycle of product within their department or area. This includes all aspects related to Safety, Quality, & Productivity. The Operations Manager directs the daily activities of Inbound and/or Outbound operations which may include receiving, pick, pack, & ship processes.

The Operations Manager must partner closely with Planning and Forecasting teams to translate overarching business goals into specific shift plans for execution. The Operations Manager ensures the team will perform in ways that exceed the Clients’ expectations, while exemplifying company values and culture.
