Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Marketing Executive responsible for executing customer experience initiatives on the ground in Goa. This role involves vendor management, event coordination, procurement, budgeting, and on-ground execution of various marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

Identify, negotiate with, and manage vendors for various services and products.

Ensure timely delivery and quality of services from vendors.

Meetings & Viewings Setup & Preparation:

Organize and prepare for client meetings and villa viewings.

Ensure all setups are in line with Isprava’s standards.

Procurement:

Source and procure gift hampers, marketing collaterals, and other promotional items.

Maintain a database of reliable suppliers and vendors.

Budgeting:
