This is our call to experienced Registered Nurses, who are looking for an opportunity to take a new direction in their career, to share their experience and build capability across their nursing colleagues as a Clinical Coach in Surgical Services.

We’re looking for an experienced nurse, who has 5+ years of experience across multiple service areas, especially with surgical services. If you have a passion for sharing your experience, strengthening our team and inspiring a culture of inquiry and learning, you could be the natural leader and education facilitator we are seeking for our clinical teams.

Our teams pride themselves on providing our nursing staff with an opportunity for professional development and a Clinical Coaching role is a great example. In this role you will support your nursing colleagues to advance their nursing skills and knowledge in a hands-on clinical context based in our Surgical ward.
