• Develops, implements and improve processes and procedures for Mobile Maintenance.
• Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all mobile equipment at project sites.
• Oversees multiple maintenance personnel, establish productivity goals and tracks progress of works.
• Ensure that all mobile equipment are in good working condition and readily available when needed.
• Oversees the repair and maintenance of mobile equipment both at the workshop and off-site.
• Inspect all incoming and outgoing mobile equipment based on established checklist and ensure completeness of the equipment.
• Reviews maintenance personnel training needs to ensure the workforce competency.
• Participate in the mobile equipment evaluation process to determine the need to dispose and/or re-fleet the equipment based on the requirement of production.
