We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineering Lead based out of our facility in Dumbarton . In this role, you and your team will be responsible for developing new products and supporting our existing portfolio within the Aggreko power generation business.

This is a hands-on role, so as well as acting as line manager to the mechanical engineering team, leading and mentoring them to develop a culture of continuous improvement, you will also be expected to provide technical leadership. You will also be actively involved in delivering projects, with involvement at all stages of the product development process from concept to manufacturing, collaborating with Project Managers, Functional Managers and Lead Engineers.
