We are seeking a highly motivated, conscientious person to come and join our existing experienced administration and reception team.

Main duties of the job

Ensurean effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and anyother visitors to the practice

Navigate patients to the most appropriae service or clinician.

Receive, assist and direct patients inaccessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous,efficient and effective way.

Provide general assistance tothe practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients andother visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

Research administration that will includeassisting the clinical research team in coordinating a portfolio of NationalInstitute Health, research studies, participation in Good Clinical Practice(GCP) training and ensuring GCP compliance of self and team.
