Job Responsibilities:
• Assisting and serving customers while boosting sales
• Planning and coordinating staff schedules and ensuring store organization
• Developing and leading the assigned store team
• Handling administrative tasks including cashiering
• Ensuring product availability
• Planning and executing seasonal themes and attending trade shows
• Optimizing processes
• Participating in periodic inventory checks
• Maintaining cleanliness and order

Your Profile:
• Completed education in sales/retail
• Work experience or leadership experience is mandatory (preferably in a LANDI store)
• Fluent in German and proficient in PC skills
• High sense of responsibility, goal orientation, strong customer focus, and organizational flair
• Open and proactive personality
