Position: Team Leader - Lake Country Co-op @ WSB Big River
Location: Big River
What you’ll do:
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
• Lead all operational aspects including but not limited to sales, margins, expenses, inventory and human resources
• Effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of the reporting team members to maximize operational efficiency
• Provide training to WSB clerk/cashiers for all store duties and for opening and closing procedures
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels
• Complete all necessary daily reports including daily cash up and reconciliations
• Be familiar with and adhere to Lake Country Co-op policies such as selling of age restricted items and all government regulations relating to liquor, tobacco, fireworks, and... More Detail
