The Client Executive is a strategic professional who who contributes to directional strategy by developing the MEA region knowledge base as TTS SME, establishing a better working partnership between TTS EMEA based Client Executives and MEA GNB/Corporate Banking partner while supporting the MEA Sales initiatives to drive strategic growth as well as supporting TTS MEA specific product awareness and client adoption across CE EMEA community

Responsibilities:
• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of MEA Inbound and headquartered clients where required
• Own and drive client VOC across portfolio to meet 'Very Satisfied' goal
• Interface with a portfolio of Clients to develop an understanding of their operating procedures, organization structures and needs in identifying and supporting the delivery Citi Products
• Work closely in partnership with Sales and Coverage partners, focusing on revenue expansion and revenue realization through cross sell opportunities
