Duties

Major Duties:
• Serves as the lead or assists higher graded engineers and project managers in the planning, design, and construction management of facility and utility projects. Serves as Contracting Officer's Representative on assigned projects.
• Conducts comprehensive condition assessments for Park facility and utility assets, updates Facility Management Software System, creates Work Orders, and creates projects in Project Management Information System.
• Inspects work under construction for quality, safety, and adherence to contract requirements, maintains files in electronic contract record, reviews designs and submittals.
• Maintains the Technical Library for the Park to include digital and hard copy historical records and drawings for each facility and utility system locally and through the Technical Information Center.
