Job Purpose or Objective(s):
The Casino Host will manage all aspects of a customer journey while on property, simultaneously coordinating with Executive Casino Hosts on pre- and post-trip planning.
You will report to Player Development Shift Manager, and the Director of Player Development.
Primary Tasks:
1.
You will provide guest service including greeting guests in the casino, participating in social events/special promotions and making transportation and accommodation arrangements observing the players' needs.
2.
Manage database of mid-level players to build loyalty and produce repeat business while identifying new players on the casino who meet the hosting criteria.
