We are AtoZ!

AtoZ is currently looking for ALTs (Assistant Language Teachers) at public schools in Nagano Prefecture. The current available position will begin in July 2024.

We are also looking for applicants who would like to apply for positions starting mid-year 2024, and the new school year, 2025 April start positions.

ALTs play a critical role in motivating students to learn English and assisting Japanese teachers. Especially for students living in a rural area like Nagano Prefecture, who have few opportunities to interact with people from other countries, time spent with ALTs is a very valuable experience.

Requirements:

• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree.

• Relocation to Nagano prefecture

• Be able to fulfill a contract period

• Valid Japanese driver’s license or a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) at the start of employment. Non-driving positions are limited.
