The Role

Excellent opportunity to work with a close nit internal sales team for an established and market leading engineering company. One of the leading names in the burner/heating industry, my client are looking for someone with a sales/customer service background and someone who has an understanding of engineering processes, full product training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to work for a recognised industry figure and progress as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities
• Be the first port of call for customers over the phone and email
• Offer advice on parts/products for different applications
• Follow up quotes with prospects to generate new business
• Liaise with production to inform customers on lead times/order progress

About You
• Previous sales/customer service experience
• Experience in the heating industry desirable, but wider engineering essential
• Confident telephone manor
• Excellent organisational skills
