This is an exciting opportunity to join this Watford based builders’ merchant. They are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trade Counter Assistant to join this team.

As a Trade Counter Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, processing transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the trade counter.

Requirements :
• Excellent customer service
• Knowledge of hardware and building materials is desired
• Good interpersonal skills, confident and able to approach customers.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
• The ability to prioritise responsibilities under pressure and be self-motivated.

Hours (flexible and to be discussed at interview) : Monday - Friday 6.30am - 4.30pm, alternate Saturdays 6.30am - 3.30pm
