Are you looking for a short term contract role? We are looking for an LPN to work Part time casual.

Requirements
• LPN registered with the Provincial College and Association of Licensed Practical Nurses
• COVID Vaccinations Completed

Responsibilities
• Assesses residents by completing a physical assessment of their major body systems:
• Completes RAI MDS resident assessment on admission, on significant change and annually in LTC
• Contributes to the development of resident goals and outcome measures for the newly admitted and current residents
• Provide nursing care to residents whose care needs require the competencies of the LPN
• Collaborates with the RN / RCM / CCM to determine appropriate assignment of restricted activities to other professional nursing staff
• Administers medications to assigned residents for which the LPN is authorized to perform
• Completes LTC and/or SL4 Medication Reconciliation processes
