We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Case Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in case management and clinical coding within a private hospital setting, we want to hear from you!

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate patient care services to ensure optimal outcomes

- Utilize clinical coding expertise to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate efficient patient care and discharge planning

- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records

Package & Remuneration

Requirements:

- Preferably Professional Nurse

- At least three years of experience, or Enrolled Nurse with proven case management and clinical coding experience of at least 3-5 years

- Private Hospital experience only

- SANC Registered

- Knowledge of hospital patient services and case management processes
