Are you a dedicated and experienced nurse with a passion for case management? Our private hospital in Durban is seeking a qualified Case Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate patient care plans with healthcare providers

- Ensure patients receive appropriate and timely care

- Collaborate with insurance companies to facilitate approvals

- Monitor patient progress and outcomes

- Provide education and support to patients and families

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in nursing

- ICD 10 & CPT coding certificates/training

- Minimum 3 years in-hospital case management experience

- SANC registered
