Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the project to ensure it progresses according to the plan.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures to maintain project standards and specifications.
• Allocate and manage resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure all required raw materials ordered are delivered to site in a timely manner.
• Monitor resource utilization, budget expenditures, and project costs, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborating with the architect, engineers and other consultants involved in the project to ensure that all work is carried out in a coordinated and streamlined manner.
