Minimum Requirements

• Good understanding of Microsoft office
• Previous management experience

Responsibilities
• Running day to Day operations of Retail Store
• Good Stock Management Skills - Ability to control shrinkage and in stocks
• Understanding of the dynamics around all aspects of Retail and key drivers like Return on Investment (ROI), Gross Profit, ability to maintain retail excellence
• Solid understanding on Income Statements and Financial Literacy
• Excellent People Management skills
• Able to conduct training sessions and develop staff
• Good conflict management skills
• Results driven with attention to detail.
