We are currently seeking a Lean Continuous Improvement Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role reports directly to the Logistics Director of our Group based in Italy (Colorno or Seriate).

As the successful candidate, you will be a key player in our team, driving the ambitious goal of enhancing customer centricity across Wittur Plants. You will have a comprehensive view of customer demands and the production capacity required to meet them.

Main Responsibilities:
• Implement, coach, and deliver the Wittur Production System.
• Identify and improve business outcomes through Lean Logistics techniques to enhance customer performance.
• Coach and engage various business levels to support daily management and the cadence of Leadership Standard Work.
