We're seeking a dynamic Supplier Quality & Development Engineer to become an integral member of our Corporate Quality team based in Seriate, Italy.

Main tasks of the role will include:
• Execute audit and qualification processes for potential new suppliers, ensuring compliance with established Corporate processes and decision levels.
• Conduct regular supplier audits to assess performance against Wittur standards, bridging any gaps identified.
• Drive the performance improvement process by implementing development plans at suppliers, and collaborating with key Wittur stakeholders as needed.
• Take charge of the part approval process for new or modified parts, managing tasks both internally and at the supplier in alignment with corporate procedures.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the cost and efficiency of Materials, Components, Investments, and Services to achieve yearly and long-term objectives.
