Production Operative

Our client based in Swadlincote are looking to recruit a number of Production Operative on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis.

You will work as part of a team manufacturing wooden construction products.

Main duties:
• Assembly
• Ensuring quality and safety
• Using machinery
• Assist in general plant support

Production Operative - Additional details
• The suitable candidate will have previous assembly, production or manufacturing experience, be comfortable in the usage of hand tools, air guns and be able to work within a busy warehouse/factory environment. Training is provided.
• Excellent pay rates
• Further training and progression opportunities available including upskilling and further pay increase

Production Operative - Hours

We have vacancies on morning or afternoon shifts (fixed shifts)
• Monday to Friday 06:00am-02:45pm (mornings) 40-hours paid
• Monday to Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm (afternoons) 40-hours paid
