Our client, a very successful SaaS business is currently looking for an experienced Office and Facilities Manager to help them manage their 2 offices as well as oversee their global offices.
Purpose Of This Role
To ensure the smooth running of the UK as well Global offices and support the wider business in daily operations and functions; whilst being a key point of contact for teams, contractors, and customers.
Responsibilities
• Opening and closing of the UK offices as a key holder and ensure internal staff are updated regarding keyholding, health & safety and fire protocols.
• Management of office travel (both domestic and international) including visas when needed, including the travel portal / provider management system.
