Syncord Ltd are seeking a Joinery Workshop Manager to oversee our clients workshop operations. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for managing a team of joiners and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the workshop. This position would suit someone from either a site or workshop management position or a skilled bench joiner looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise a team of 10 joiners, providing guidance and support as needed
• Plan and schedule workshop activities to ensure timely completion of projects
• Coordinate with other departments to prioritise and allocate resources effectively
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, machines and tools
• Oversee machinery including, CNC, panel saw, edgebander, spindle moulder, four side, drum sander etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
• Train new technicians on workshop procedures and best practices
