Position
• We have a vacancy in our Leicester or Northampton office for a Senior Building Surveyor to join and help develop our expanding building surveying department

Key duties will include
• Party wall surveying on a wide variety of projects
• CDM commissions including acting as principal designer
• Undertaking building surveys
• Defects investigations
• Contract administration
• Preparing specifications and schedules of work
• Assisting with asbestos surveys
• Preparing construction management plans
• Carrying out schedules of conditions
• Advise on dilapidations
• General technical support for all building surveying disciplines

Key attributes
• Ideally have a RICS accredited building surveying degree
