POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Finance and Administration oversees the company’s administrative activities and ensures the sound financial management of its operations and renewable energy projects. The Director of Finance and Administration also plays a leading role in developing and implementing project development strategies in partnership with Nunavik communities.

ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW

Founded in 2017, Tarquti is a joint venture resulting from a partnership between Makivvik and Ilagiisaq (Fédération des coopératives du Nouveau-Québec) that has set itself the goal of replacing at least 70% of fossil energy in the communities with renewable energy.
