Responsibilities:
• To integrate human, information, material, monetary and technological resources to procedure goods and services optimally.
• To carry out equipment capacity studies and establishes the capacity model.
• To plan and co-ordinate productivity improvement plans
• To collect data and compile it into a factory perspective to help management to do quick review.
• To design Plant layout for effective space utilization
• To assist in setting standard cost per process.
• To carry out Ramp Management Equipment hook-up activities and Move-in schedules.
• To conduct work measurement and develop labor/machine balance charts
• To plan and set up production lines for new product.
• To prepare and control plant layout to assist lean manufacturing system implementation.
• To develop and monitor capacity plans.
