What You'll Be Doing?
• Create a project-specific HSE Management System that aligns with company standards and local regulations
• Proactive identification of potential hazards throughout the project lifecycle is crucial
• Inspect the worksite to ensure adherence to safety standards and conducting audits to identify areas for improvement
• Oversee the training of staff and contractors on HSE protocols and ensure clear communication on safety expectations throughout the project
• Maintain open communication with project management, contractors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders regarding HSE matters

What We're Looking For?
• Bachelor Degree from Engineering or Science/Workplace Safety & Health or of equivalent standard
• Experience in project-based HSE management, particularly within the Petrochemical industry
• Minimum 2 years experience as Project HSE Manager
• In-depth understanding of HSE regulations and best practices
• Exhibits decision making skills
